Fabric Information

Our fabrics are wool blends with different weights. Most of the ones on display are super 110’s and Super 120’s which are light and wearable all year around. Heavier fabrics for winter with higher wool count are also available please reach to us for more details. Seasonal fabrics like velvet, tweed, cotton, seersucker and linen are also available if requested.

Measurement Information

Measurements in NY/NY are available in person. Outside of this area we provide a video consultation and take your measurements. We have the process of making a “Made to Measure Suit” down to 16 measurements, which guarantees a near perfect fit.

Shipping & Returns

Our shipping is included in the price of the suit. Since custom suits are “made for one” they therefore can’t be returned. However if you are dissatisfied with the fit , we will provide alterations as needed, within reason and deliver the suit to your satisfaction.

How does the custom suit process work?

It’s simple. Once you choose your fabric and style, we take your measurements (either in person or through our guided online fitting process). Our tailor then handcrafts your suit, and we deliver it straight to your door. Any necessary adjustments are handled until you’re 100% satisfied.

How long does it take to receive my suit?

Our handcrafted suits typically take 3–5 weeks to complete, depending on fabric availability and design details. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes — we allow design or measurement updates within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your suit goes into production, and changes may not be possible. Our team is always here to help if you need assistance.

What if my suit doesn’t fit perfectly?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your suit needs adjustments, we’ll cover the cost of alterations ( up to a certain amount ) or remake the piece if required. Our goal is for every client to wear their Bespoke Life suit with complete confidence.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, and all details will be clearly shown at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

No — and that’s how we keep our prices fair. By eliminating the high costs of a physical storefront, we deliver the same exceptional quality suits at a fraction of traditional retail prices.
